Meet Mr. Arledge – Assistant Principal, Wills Point High School
Raised in the piney woods of East Texas, Mr. Arledge developed a deep appreciation for community, character, and the power of education early in life. After beginning his college journey at Texas A&M University, he found his calling in music and transferred to East Texas Baptist University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2006.
In 2008, after gaining valuable experience in several industries, Mr. Arledge returned to his alma mater with a renewed sense of purpose and stepped into the world of education. Over the next 16 years, he poured his heart into his work as a dedicated band director, inspiring students through music, mentorship, and meaningful connections.
Driven by a desire to make an even greater impact, Mr. Arledge earned his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2022 and transitioned into school administration. Now proudly serving as Assistant Principal at Wills Point High School, he brings a deep passion for student success, a commitment to building strong relationships, and a vision for a positive, inclusive school culture.
Outside of school, Mr. Arledge is a proud husband to his wife of 16 years, Angela, and a devoted father to their three amazing daughters: Evelyn, Emery, and Ella. He leads with honesty, integrity, and a genuine belief in treating every person with respect and dignity.
Mr. Arledge is thrilled to be part of the Tiger family and looks forward to supporting both students and staff as they grow, learn, and thrive together.
