Campus Happenings

It's almost that time! Please mark your calendars with these important dates regarding registration and schedule pick-up! We are looking forward to an AWESOME 2014-2015 school year! 

Regardless of whether you are new or returning, all WPHS students must complete the required student information packet to be considered fully registered for the 2014-2015 school year.  You may print off your own copy of the student information packet from the WPHS HERE or you may visit the WPHS school office during the week of August 4- 8th to pick up a copy.  Complete your student information packet before attending your assigned schedule pick up time below. 

August 12th, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. :All freshmen with completed and signed student registration forms may pick up schedules at this time.  Parents are also invited to attend but attendance is not mandatory.  Clubs and organizations as well as an information booth will be provided.  We highly encourage all freshman students “walk” their schedule this day to make sure you are comfortable finding all of your classes before school starts on August 25th.


August 13th, 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.:Athletes, band, dance members and cheerleaders with completed and signed student registration forms may pick up schedules at this time.  Parents are encouraged but not required to attend.

August 14, 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  The rest of the student body with completed and signed student registration forms may pick up schedules at this time.  Parents are encouraged but not required to attend.           



All students who are new to WPHS who need to enroll in the 9-12th grades may enroll the week of August 11-15th, in the campus registrar’s office between the hours of 8:00-3:00 daily.  Students seeking to enroll in WPHS must be accompanied by a legal parent/ guardian to register and the campus registrar will request to see the following documentation.

  •  Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (Current utility bill - water, gas or electric, a new home contract or lease) 
  • Last Report Card / Unofficial Transcript (high school)
  • Driver’s License of Enrolling Parent
